Semi-truck radiator flow testing (2012)
Designed and built static pressure probes for highly turbulent flow and a data acquisition system to test a Volvo VNL 660. Evaluated mass flow through the diesel engine radiator to quantify efficiency gains from adding a front-end cowl to the radiator face, and delivered results to the customer for follow-on CFD analysis.
