Aircraft systems engineer who builds things.

15+ years in flight test, avionics integration, and FAA certification on Part 23 and 27 aircraft. Currently Senior Engineer, Avionics & Electrical (IVHMS) at Otto Aerospace; previously Garmin, Piper, and Composite Engineering (Kratos).

Outside work I build hardware and software: flight test data acquisition, custom PCBs, and an animatronic pumpkin run from a Raspberry Pi. FAA Private Pilot (SEL) and amateur radio operator (KJ7ECV).
